説明
This paper clarifies that during globalization since the 1980s, increased intervention by corporations in economic processes has promoted economic growth in countries that adopted Korean-style market-oriented policies. At that time, regional conflicts arose in Korean social democracy, which lacked Japanese and European-style labor movement organizations that had maintained and expanded their scale under the influence of the former socialist bloc. “Institutional complementarity” has come into play. After summarizing them, clarify the circumstances behind the “unintended consequences”of “institutional complementarities” generated by such regional conflicts giving rise to democratizing marketism as typified by DJ nomics.
