Six years have passed since we started the project to dispatch learning support volunteer students to elementary and middle schools as part of its assistance to special education in Tokushima Prefecture and Tokushima city. In this report we investigated the problem of the contact system between learning support volunteers and school teachers.The method was a questionnaire.The participants were special education coordinators. The results obtained were as follows: Half of them gave guidance to the students. They thought that a valid guidance to learning support volunteers students was having discussion with them,but meeting time fell short because of the many activities of special education coordinators.Tables to contact and record proved useful as supplementary means.
