Description

Some Contracts involve “externality” (Prof. T. Uchida). I have also asserted that there is externality in the Insurance Contract. I will demonstrate this contention by theoretically analyzing the “law of large numbers" and the insurance pool as well as through an empirical research of Insurance History and Insurance Regulation.
