Micromagnetic investigations of Néel- and Bloch-type skyrmion dynamics induced by spin Hall effect of cap layers

We investigate the spin-injection driving of skyrmion domains on a wire using micromagnetic simulations. We find that both Neel- and Bloch-type skyrmion domains are driven in oblique directions when the spin current is injected into the vertical axis of the skyrmion domains. The driving direction is analyzed from the magnetized direction and the domain-wall structure of the skyrmion domains.
