<p>Accumulation of the photonic energy of the deep-red part of the terrestrial sun irradiation by rare earth metal-free <italic>E–Z</italic> photoisomerization, realized at extremely low excitation light intensities, as low as 4 sun (AM1.5) was demonstrated experimentally.</p>
