説明
Abstract Using the surface horizon and the buried humic horizons, dcrived from volcanic ash aged 0 to about 26,000 YBP, the carbon, nitrogen, Al, Si, Fe phenol and amino acid contents of the humic and fulvic acids successively extracted with NaOH and Na4P2O7 (SPP) were determined. The sequential changes of the above mentioned components of humic horizons after burial with time, can be tentatively described as follows: 1) The humic and fulvic acids of the “ftee form” were decomposed and/or transfonncd into the “combined form” or humin. It was easier for fulvic acid to be changed to the “combined form” than for humic acid. 2) Organic nitrogenous components in the humic acids of the “free form” were changed more quickly to the “combined form” than the organic non-nitrogenous components, and the reverse was true for fulvic acids. 3) Binding between Al and humus in Al-humus complexes 'became stronger, and Al became less extractable with alkali and more extractable with SPP. 4) The contents of non-humic substan...
