<jats:title>Key Clinical Message</jats:title><jats:p>If an obstetrician determines the presence of an asymmetrical uterus during cesarean delivery, the likelihood of an interstitial pregnancy complicated by placenta accreta should be considered. The figures in this article should help advance the current knowledge about a rare type of full‐term interstitial pregnancy complicated by placenta accreta.</jats:p>
