Description

<jats:p>We present high-efficiency of 0.18Vcm and 252Gbps of PAM-4 high-speed operation for EO polymer/Si and InP hybrid optical modulators in C-band wavelengths. We also demonstrate record high-efficiency of 0.35Vcm and high-speed operation in O-band wavelengths.</jats:p>
