<jats:p> The genus <jats:italic>Thermanaeromonas</jats:italic> comprises two species of thermophilic, strictly anaerobic, spore-forming bacteria. Here, we report the draft genome sequence of <jats:italic>Thermanaeromonas</jats:italic> sp. strain C210, which was first isolated in the presence of carbon monoxide. The genome sequence provides insight into carbon monoxide-dependent metabolism for members of the genus <jats:italic>Thermanaeromonas</jats:italic> . </jats:p>
