Description

<jats:p>Resistance-switchable conjugated polyrotaxane is reported for flexible and high-performance RRAMs with high ON/OFF ratio (10<jats:sup>8</jats:sup>), fast response (29 ns) and long-term retention <jats:italic>via</jats:italic> the electrical doping of the polyaniline core by a cyclodextrin sheath.</jats:p>
