説明

Abstract
Derivatives of a new bis-fused TTF analogue 2 composed of TTF and 2-(xanthen-9-ylidene)-1,3-dithiole have been synthesized. Cyclic voltammograms of 2 are composed of three pairs of redox waves, of which the third redox wave corresponds to a two-electron-transfer process. X-ray structure analysis of the ReO4− salt of bis(methylthio)-2 [(2b)ReO4(DCE)0.5] revealed that the 2b molecules form a dimerized one-dimensional stack.
