Description
Abstract
Monolayer film of calmodulin using Langmuir–Blodgett technique was successfully deposited onto appropriate plates. The conformational study of calmodulin in Langmuir–Blodgett film was carried out using infrared spectra and circular dichroism spectra, and these results showed that α-helical conformation was predominant and its structure was very similar to that in aqueous solutions.
