<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>Fluorinated groups are prevalent in pharmaceutical and agrochemical compounds as they significantly influence the absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion properties of a molecule in biological systems. Photocatalytic radical processes enable the facile introduction of fluorinated groups into various organic skeletons. This chapter presents recent representative works and standard procedures to achieve such processes.</jats:p>
