<jats:p> <jats:named-content content-type="genus-species">Mycolicibacterium litorale</jats:named-content> is a rapidly growing mycobacterial organism with unknown pathogenic features. Here, we report the complete genome sequence of <jats:italic>Mycolicibacterium</jats:italic> sp. strain NIID-NTM18, which was isolated from a cardiac implantable electronic device infection and which is most similar to <jats:italic>M. litorale</jats:italic> . This sequence will provide essential information for future studies of the pathogenicity of these mycobacteria. </jats:p>
