Abstract

<jats:p> This study is the first report to suggest that activation of the Cl<jats:sup>−</jats:sup> transporter K<jats:sup>+</jats:sup>-Cl<jats:sup>−</jats:sup> cotransporter 2 may be a therapeutic modality for the treatment of spinal cord injury-induced detrusor overactivity by targeting bladder efferent pathways. </jats:p>
