<p>Triarylamines are demonstrated as novel, tunable electroactivated photocatalysts that use dispersion precomplexation to harness the full potential of the visible photon (>4.0 V <italic>vs.</italic> SCE) in anti-Kasha photo(electro)chemical super-oxidations of arenes.</p>
