<jats:title>Key Points</jats:title> <jats:p>EBV+ LBCLs in young patients resemble those seen in the elderly, but usually have a good outcome. Tumor cells exhibit PD-L1 expression, with high indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase–positive cell content, indications of a tolerogenic immune state.</jats:p>
