A new species of <i>Coccomyces</i> with dimorphic paraphyses

Description
<jats:p>A new <jats:italic>Coccomyces</jats:italic> species found on fallen leaves of <jats:italic>Millettia dielsiana</jats:italic> at Mt Sanqingshan, Jiangxi province, China, is described as <jats:italic>Coccomyces alienus</jats:italic>. This taxon is distinguished from all other <jats:italic>Coccomyces</jats:italic> taxa by having two types of paraphyses. The type specimen is deposited in the Reference Collection of Forest Fungi of Anhui Agricultural University, China (AAUF).</jats:p>
