<jats:title>ABSTRACT</jats:title> <jats:p> <jats:named-content content-type="genus-species">Pseudomonas aeruginosa</jats:named-content> isolates harboring acquired drug-resistant genes lead to increased mortality. Here, we have sequenced and annotated the genomes of two multidrug-resistant (MDR) <jats:named-content content-type="genus-species">P. aeruginosa</jats:named-content> isolates and a susceptible <jats:named-content content-type="genus-species">P. aeruginosa</jats:named-content> clinical isolate evidencing divergent antibiotic susceptibilities. Genomic analysis showed insight on the different genomic strategies adapted by <jats:named-content content-type="genus-species">P. aeruginosa</jats:named-content> to combat antimicrobial effects. </jats:p>
