77Se NMR study of the SDW state in (TMTSF)2ClO4

Abstract The 77Se spin echo signal was observed in the SDW phase of (TMTSF)2ClO4, both in the quenched (Q) state and in the relaxed (R) state with strong magnetic field along c∗. For some crystals investigated, the spin echo signal was accompanied by strong rf enhancement effect (η∼40 at 3K) in the Q-state SDW. In the field induced SDW phase, both signals with and without enhancement (η∼15) were observed in the same crystal. These are indicative of yet unknown characteristic response of SDW to the oscillating field.
