Biometrical model-fitting analyses indicated that genetic and non-shared environmental factors accounted for 74 % and 26 % of the variance in AN syndrome, respectively.
Conclusions. Findings support previous research indicating significant genetic and non-shared environmental influences on AN syndromes.
