説明

Abstract
Insecticides were applied to mature ‘Concord’ grape vines at the Trevor Nichols Research Complex near Fennville, MI at a rate of 50 gpa using a FMC 1029 airblast sprayer. Treatments were arranged in a CRB design of single 42-foot-long rows of vines replicated four times. Bayleton was applied to all treatments. Applications of materials were made on 1 Jul (Petal Fall), 14 Jul (3C), 25 Jul (4C), 5 Aug (5C), 18 Aug (6C), 29 Aug (7C), and 11 Sep (8C). Grape leafhopper evaluations were made on 14 Aug and 10 Sep by randomly selecting 100 leaves per replicate, or 400 leaves per treatment, and examining them for presence of GLH nymphs. Harvest fruit evaluations were made on 1 Oct by randomly selecting 25 grape clusters per replicate, or 100 per treatment, and counting the number of clusters with damage from GBM larvae.
