<jats:title>Key Points</jats:title> <jats:p>EBV LMP1 dysregulates EphA4 expression via the ERK-Sp1 pathway. Downregulation of EphA4 is demonstrated in EBV+ DLBCL, which is significantly correlated with poor DLBCL survival.</jats:p>
