Description
Multichannel spectrophotometer was constructed by using the self-scanned photodiode array with 512 elements as a detector.<BR>The photometric characteristics of this solid state sensor, such as uniformity, dark current, reproducibility, dynamic range and linearity were clarified in detail. Measurement of spectral transmittance of standard colored glass filter was shown as an example of the application of this multichannel spectrophotometer.
