説明

A new method of spectroradiometry for short UV region is developed and spectral irradiance of deuterium lamps are determined down to 200 nm.
This method is based upon the flat spectral sensitivity of thermal detector. The spectral irradiance from the source is determined by the detector without measuring spectral transmittance of the monochromator.
The principle of this method is summarized as follows:
(1) The quasi-monochromatic radiation from the first monochromator, with a compact xenon arc, is calibrated with the standard thermopile.
(2) The calibrated quasi-monochromatic radiation and continuous spectrum of test source are received alternately the reflecting diffuser, which forms an entrance port of the second monochromater.
(3) The second monochromator constitutes the spectroradiometor. The spectral irradiance of test source is determined by comparing of calibrated quasi-monochromatic radiation with test source.
The results on deuterium lamp are with agreed well previous values in the overlapping rang from 225 nm to 200 nm.
The aging characteristics of spectral irradiance of deuterium and hydrogen lamps are also examined.
