Abstract

Many publications of fields about politics, law and administration are open disclosure. Also, they should be publicly accessible according to the source of money that creates such publications. Nevertheless, many publications of those fields seem to be hard to get. In this paper, first, the author attempts to classify such publications. Next, he considers the influence of the development of the Internet on accessibility of those. Finally, he considers more disclosure and archiving in the future. At that time, he also mentions official notices and parliamentary documents. Those did not much seem to be taken up in the gray literature
