In this paper we study the stimulated scattering of an electromagnetic wave by an ion-cyclotron wave perturbation in a two electron temperature plasma. The hydrodynamic equations have been used to derive the dispersion relation for the scattered wave following the three wave interaction formalism. Explicit expressions for the growth rate of the scattered wave have been derived. Our results show that the growth rate increases with n0h⁄n0c.
