Abstract
The decay of 6.3 min 94mNb to levels of 94Mo was studied with a Ge(Li) detector and a Ge(Li)–NaI(Tl) coincidence spectrometer. A 0.993-MeV gamma ray coincident with the 0.871-MeV gamma transition between the first excited and ground states of 94Mo was found, and a level of 94Mo at 1.864 MeV is proposed. A probable spin and parity assignment of 3+ is made to the 1.864-MeV level.
