Abstract

This article will analyze the legal issues regarding the Web Site Archiving in the light of current Copyright Law, Act on the Limitation of Liability for Damages of Specified Telecommunications Service Providers and the Right to Demand Disclosure of Identification Information of the Senders, Personal Information Protection Law, and the Information security which is concerned with the integrity and availability of archiving data. When using automatic bulk collection by web-crawlers, it will raise new legal questions in the battle between the protection of individual rights and the availability of Web Site Archiving.
