Abstract

By spreading of Internet we can access to information anytime and from anywhere. These characteristics are very effective for libraries. To improve user's amenity, libraries should use the Internet actively. I discuss the case study of Computer Salon about using the Internet. The use of it at Computer Salon is effective to not only the service improvement to users but also the problem solving in management.
