As the social media grows, the environment of the consumers has been dramatically changed. In the field of Public Relations business, it is shifting the mass-media oriented idea to the social-media oriented idea: "how we could spread information out to the world with social media tools." In addition, as the phenomena of "Enjo" (= social media backlash) is drawing attention, the importance of the risk/crisis management has also been debated.In the column, I will decode modern information environment that welcomes the spread of the social media, and then introduce the latest Public Relations solutions.
