Description

Services in the people with disabilities for the public library use advances little by little. But there are differences in methods and services by a local government. Nagoya City Libraries started these services at the earlier time. As a case of the metropolitan area in Japan, we report volunteer readers in the library and books by mail. In addition, we exemplify the policy that was not finished of result because of too much the thing which tried it. Through these cases of the services, we introduce the real conditions and situations of services in the people with disabilities for the public library use.
