Abstract
"Search" is now becoming a behavior pattern as well as Read and Write. The use of Search can be various such as for internet search, e-Commerce and intranet search and it would therefore vary in their required conditions, too. On the other hand, Search can be seen as stereotyped image such Keyword Search, simply showing the list of search results based on the keyword the user types in. FAST introduces a variety of enterprise search solutions that search is placed as an information access platform where we would be free from its stereotype and search performs its own value to connect people, item and data. FAST also explains the key points for enterprise search to contribute to the business value and its productivity.
