Abstract

Due to the very limited usage of Japanese P and R system, a lot of experiments and pilot projects were failed. Even after the projects were officially established, many were not being used and some users stop using the system after sometimes. In this study, we carried out questionnaire survey targeting respondent from Okayama prefecture that have experience using the system in order to understand their consciousness changes before and after using the P and BR system in order to construct P and BR system that can be sustained for a long term use. Survey analyses show the relationship between user's consciousness changes and the related factors affecting them to sustainably use the P and BR system.
