This paper aims to clarify the typical geographical characteristics, the forms, and the significant factors that formed the current aspect of the commercial district accumulated shops of same type of business in Tokyo ward-district. We take the "Nishiogikubo" antique town in detail because of its unique attribution. Findings are mainly as follows. 1) Currently there are 8 commercial districts accumulated shops of same type of business in Tokyo ward-district, and their forms, geographical characteristics and development process were clarified. 2) Types of the development factors of 8 commercial districts accumulated shops of same type of business were derived. 3) The backgrounds of the continuous growth of the "Nishiogikubo" antique town were clarified.
