抄録

The developinng of condominium tends to cause the trouble with in the neighborhood in urban areas. Now the ordinances for prevention and adjustment of construction troubles is only one system to solve such conflict. In this paper, I wanted to consider about the effects of these ordinances on development procedures and the functions of consensus between the developer and inhabitants. In result, it was clear that these ordinances would have not only adjustment function but also agreement function on planning process in the future.
