Abstract

The purposes of this paper are to clarify that the local codes by the developers succeed to inhabitants in community, and the regional activity by residents preserved the good neighborhood and the local roles made fine environment in Suburban Housing, Denenchofu, Tokiwadai, Seijo, Tamagawagakuen, Kunitachi and Sakurashinmachi, before W.W. 2 in Tokyo. As the result, it was clear that the local roles which balance the environment in housing with demand of habitants should be provided.
