Abstract

Bus often has been hard to use for beginners. This is partly because utilization method for bus is different from area to area, and this variousness causes confusion in beginners because the various utilization method for bus is not well known for the users. There is need to provide information guidance for allowing anybody to easily use. However little is known about local patterns of utilization method and information guidance. Therefore the questionnaire survey to bus companies was carried out. We examined the relationships between utilization method, information guidance for bus and regional characteristics. These regional characteristics were quantitatively-analyzed by test of independence.
