Description

It's now time to selectively use, according to its intended purpose, databases which disorderly continue to increse. At present, anybody can easily retrieve information. Therefore, we should have two capabilities, one of which can plan a retrieval and the other of which can evaluate information outputted by the retrieval instead of giving importance to the retrieval technique according to a manual. Those capabilities are given by each insight and cost-consciousness.
