Patients with psychogenic visual disturbance are reported to show characteristic patterns of visual field such as tublar or spiral visual field.<br>However, those patterns of visual field are contradictory to the definition that the visual field represents distribution of visual sensitivities.<br>Sticking to the above mentioned definition, we tested the vusual fields of the patients with psychogenic visual disturbance suspect. All the visual fields tested in our clinic were normal and contributed to neglect other organic diseases, though some of them showed abnormal results when tested in another clinic.<br>In testing such patients, we should try to get rid of psychogenic factors in order to obtain accurate results in perimetry.
