Abstract

Mohs’ paste used in skin cancer chemosurgery was used palliatively to treat unresectable cervical lymph node metastasis in hypopharyngeal carcinoma. A 54-year-old man had suffered from repeated bleeding and malodorous discharge from an ulcer from cervical metastasis. After Mohs’ paste was applied, the ulcer coagulated relieving his distress. Mohs’ paste is useful in such treatment in for improving the quality of life in such subjects.<br>
