Description

Through my experiment, I examined some problems concerning factors affecting results obtainable by immunofluorescent method, especially sensitivity problem and that of unspecific staining which extensive work had been carried out to reduce without detriment to the specific activity of the reagent. And I stressed need of standardization of immunofluorescent method to avoid disagreement between laboratories evidently due to not only test materials but also the basic fluorescent reagent itself.
