Description

Two cases of pyoderma gangrenosum associated with colitis ulcerosa or aortitis syndrome were reported. They showed negative delayed skin test to PPD and accelerated erythrocyte sedimentation rate. Treatment with steroids improved skin lesions. The discussions on etiology, histological findings and various associated disorders with pyoderma gangrenosum were stated.
