Abstract

A 61-year-old man noticed swelling on his lower extremity in 1980, and red papules on his scrotum in 2000. He visited our department in 2004 and was treated with pressure dressing and cauterization. Four years later, he visited our department again with numerous red nodules of various size on his scrotum and penis, and was treated with cauterization. Histopathologically, a dilated lumina was shown just under the epidermis. Immunohistochemically, the endothelial cells were positive for D2-40, resulting in a diagnosis of acquired lymphangioma.
