Description

A 22-year-old Japanese female with Netherton’s syndrome was reported. She had the clinical features of this syndrome characterized by trichorrhexis nodosa, and a peculiar serpentive, migratory, scaling eruption on the skin. The skin rash of this case responded well to the combination therapy of 8 MOP and UVA and also to the topical treatments with betamethasone, urea ointment and polyethyleneglycol.
