Description

A 50-year-old woman with a 30 year history of parapsoriasis lichenoides has developed erythematous plaques which were diagnosed as parapsoriasis en plaques of 5 years duration. Though clinical course of our patient is uncommon, it seems to suggest that the two entities are of the same lineage in parapsoriasis.
