<p>Schwannoma is a benign tumor originating from Schwann cells in the neurilemma. A schwannoma can occur in any part of the body, but it is uncommon in the oral cavity. Here, we report a schwannoma that occurred on the hard palate. A 64-year-old man presented with a 1-month-history of a mass on the hard palate. The mass was completely extirpated under general anesthesia. A pathological diagnosis of schwannoma (Antoni type A) was made. We discuss schwannoma of the palate and provide a review of the relevant literature.</p>
