抄録

<p>Lymphoepithelial carcinomas of the salivary gland represent a rare histological type of cancer. The patient was a 69-year-old woman who came to our hospital with a chief complaint of a painless mass in her right parotid region. The patient underwent surgical treatment. A histologic examination indicated a diagnosis of lymphoepithelial carcinoma of the right parotid gland. The patient did not wish to undergo additional treatment. The patient was disease-free at a 4-year follow-up examination.</p>
