Description

根拠に基づく医療 (EBM) の手法を用いた診療ガイドラインに対する関心が医療者のみならず，一般の人々の間でも高まっている。診療ガイドラインの定義は「特定の臨床状況のもとで，医療者と患者の意思決定を支援する目的で，系統的に作成された文書」であるが，その意義は国内では必ずしも適切に理解されていない。本稿では，国内における診療ガイドラインの作成とその活用に関する課題と展望を紹介する。
