Description

Isawa Dam is counted as one of the largest rock-fill dam in Japan with its banking volume of 13,500,000 m3. Because the construction site is located at severely cold climatic condition of Tohoku region, the operation days of construction were limited, and therefore effective construction was necessary. Advanced IT technologies were adopted as an important program in rationalizing the construction management and quality control. This report expresses proposes of the rationalization of the future quality control based on a statistical analysis result of these accumulated data.
